Gabi Huntley The Art of Compelling Dialogue: Creating Meaningful Change In Your Workplace

Gabi joined the Adventure Nannies team in 2020 with a variety of experience ranging from nannying to museum programming and education.

Gabi volunteers for local causes she’s passionate about, including the Rotary Youth Exchange program and HeadCount, an organization that registers concertgoers to vote. In her free time she enjoys all things outdoors including camping, biking, backpacking, and climbing, and she’s traveled to more than 20 different countries.


Lauren Fucci Nurturing Sleep: A Holistic Approach for Nannies

Lauren Fucci, a Certified Baby-Led Sleep Specialist, Licensed Social Worker, and mother of two young children, draws on her mental health background supporting children aged 5-18. Transitioning into parenthood fueled her passion for aiding new mothers and infants, guiding parents in understanding normal infant sleep, promoting sleep without reliance on separation-based training, and empowering them to trust their intuition. Lauren provides personalized 1:1 support and conducts in-person and online classes, delivering holistic sleep education tailored to parents' values.


Kayla Iten Empowering Nannies: Collaborative Problem-Solving Workshop

Kayla spent 15 years working in private households as a nanny and estate manager, and worked with All About Nannies as both a nanny specializing in infant care and member of the office staff before formally acquiring the business in 2018. In the past five years, Kayla has transformed All About Nannies to the innovative, bespoke agency families in the Phoenix Valley needed and deserved, while preserving the integrity and reputation the agency has earned in their 20+ years of business. Families and candidates appreciate Kayla’s empathy and expertise around building impactful long-term relationships between employees and employers.


Trisha Pfeiffer Empowering Nannies: Collaborative Problem-Solving Workshop

Trisha Pfeiffer, an Arizona native and founder of The Nanny Joynt, brings over 20 years of professional experience to her role. Guided by a belief that every child, family, and caregiver deserves excellence, she launched The Nanny Joynt in 2011 after a successful career as a nanny, and household manager. Under her leadership, The Nanny Joynt has been honored as the 'Best of the Valley Nanny Agency' in 2016, 2019, and 2024 and has helped thousands of families and caregivers make harmonious connections over the years.

As a mother of three and an active member of the EO Accelerator board, Trisha understands the unique challenges of balancing family life with professional commitments. She extends this understanding to her work, ensuring The Nanny Joynt provides top-notch, compatible matches between families and caregivers. When she's not leading her agency or participating in community events, Trisha enjoys family time, dancing, and traveling, and cherishing every moment with her children, Ronan, Declan, and Capri.


Wendy Kaneshige A Montessori Lens into Caring for this Generation

Wendy Kaneshige is a Arizona Native. Her career started as a Montessori parent and educator with 16 years of classroom experience. She holds two AMI Montessori diplomas, being certified from birth to 6 years. Wendy spent most of her classroom time in the toddler environment guiding both children and parents along their journey. Both her children attended and grew in a Montessori setting. Doula certified through DONA Intl and is an active volunteer with PSI AZ, she has now stepped out of the classroom and is dedicating her time as a Postpartum Doula and Montessori mentor. . Supporting families in their home setting and guides in their community.
